Questions about shipping
How long does shipping take?
Shipping to UK is business as usual and shouldn’t experience any problems or delays with Royal Mail’s Second class and signed for services. They would usually take 3-5 working days to deliver.
International orders are sent with Royal Mail’s International Standard service and under normal circumstances , it would take 3-5 working days to deliver goods to European destinations and 6-7 working days to the rest of the world.

With worst case scenario delays in mind, here are some estimations for International Standard:
Canada: 3-4 weeks
Western Europe: 2 weeks
Eastern Europe: 5 weeks
North America: 6 weeks
South America, Asia, Africa: 8 weeks
Australia: 12 weeks
For international orders, it is advisable to choose tracked shipping for peace of mind and speed.
Tracked shipping is considerably faster and would normally take 3-5 working days for goods to deliver within the EU and 5-7 working days for the rest of the world. Please keep an eye on your order by tracking it via the Royal Mail’s website. You will receive a tracking code via email upon dispatch. Please understand that there may be delays even for tracked packages.
If your order has not arrived after waiting very long, please contact me with the email kidura@kidura.co.uk and I will look into what happened to your package.
How will I know when my order has dispatched?
You will receive an email from my store, letting you know it has been dispatched. I aim to send out orders as fast as I can (3-5 working days) but.. Depending on how busy it gets it could take a while, especially when my store reopens or a new product is in stock etc. I’ll be sure to keep everyone updated on Instagram!
Will I be charged customs and import charges?
Customs and import charges may be charged outside of UK. Before ordering, please keep in mind that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for these fees.
Questions about store orders
My address has changed or had a mistake, is there a way to change my shipping address?
If your order has not been shipped yet, then yes! Just email me at kidura@kidura.co.uk telling me your order number and new address and I’ll be sure to make a note of it. It’s best to tell me as soon as possible to avoid your order being sent out to the wrong address.
Can I get something signed?
Yes! You can ask for prints or books to be signed at checkout. Unfortunately, I cannot sign other items. Thank you ^o^
Can I make changes to my order?
You are welcome to email me at kidura@kidura.co.uk and I’ll see what I can do! Please understand it may take a while for me to reply if it during busy times, such as shortly after store opening or a new item is in stock. If your order has been shipped, unfortunately changes cannot be made.
There is an item missing from my order, damaged or I have the wrong item, what should I do?
Then you should definitely email me! ^o^ My email is kidura@kidura.co.uk. Let me know what is missing or damaged, you can help speed up the process by sending me some photos of your order and a screenshot of your order confirmation email too. Please be honest. I’ll be happy to send out a replacement shortly after confirming those details. As for accidentally sending out the wrong item, also let me know and I’ll send out the right item as soon as I can!
Cancellations and returns
May I cancel my order?
If your order has not been shipped out, then yes your order can be cancelled and you will be fully refunded.
Can I return an item/s no longer wanted?
Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns. I do apologise.
Covid-19
What measures are you taking to protect customers from Covid-19?
According to the World Health Organisation (“WHO”), the chances of contracting COVID-19 from an inanimate object are very low. However, I’m constantly monitoring the situation (and any official advice issued in connection with the same) and will take sensible measures to protect customers. It’s highly advised you review the WHO website for latest advice in this regard. I will be unable to ship orders if I have to isolate, which I will update on my website and on social media if this happens.
