Covid-19 updates and information on shipping

Shipping to UK is business as usual and shouldn’t experience any problems or delays.

As for international shipping, the postal service I use release regular updates on each country they deliver to - this is all posted below, along with a few notes.

Please search for your country to understand the current situation.
Regrettably, I cannot ship to EUROPE on this website.
Presently, my Etsy store also cannot ship to Europe as well due to an EU law that came into force in December 2024, affecting all small businesses.
My apologies… ( ; - ; )

Countries facing delays or uncertainty are as follows: Colombia, Japan (The postcode areas which remain affected are 9270000 – 9289999), Kiribati, Moldova, Russia, South Africa, USA (postcodes in the 90001–95399. USPS has also declared a force majeure in the Anchorage, Alaska area due to severe weather in post code areas 99556 to 99780)

Countries that are on suspension/have no transport links for shipping or I generally have difficulty shipping to are: Afghanistan, Iran, Haiti, Lebanon, Nauru, Sudan, Syria, Somalia, Crimea & Sevastopol Regions in Ukraine, and United Arab Emirates. Orders with addresses from these countries will be cancelled and refunded.

I cannot ship to these countries due to regulations or no service: Armenia (wooden products not allowed), Germany (waste regulations), Israel, Libya, New Zealand (wooden products not allowed), Syria, Somalia and Yemen. Orders with addresses from these countries will be cancelled and refunded.
